- Rotate through. Mace Bell lunges to Rest then to Step ups, etc.
- Soft Stone Boogie
- Rotate team mates through 3 positions as stone is tossed over bar on each side of the rig
Station #3 (3 min)
- Backwards 165# sled drag 35ft (1 person)
- Sandbag clean and press (1 person)
- Rest station
- Rotate through. Backwards sled drag to rest station to sand bag clean and press, etc.
