Block House Sprint: One person sprints past a house and stops, the other person sprints to them tags them out and they sprint past the next house. Continue”leap frogging” past houses to the end of the block and then come back.
TP Toe Taps: Laying on the ground head to head, hold a roll of TP between your feet, or a pillow if TP is too valuable, pass the TP back and forth to your partner using only your feet. Keep you CORE engaged and try to keep straight legs.
