Optional equipment: Find a back pack and fill it with weight of any kind: soup cans, gravel, pets, etc..
Run 1 min out turn around and come back
15 Down and Ups (run in place every 5 seconds do a Burpee)
10 Spiderman crawl ( 5 each side)
20 sec calf stretch
Standing Hamstring Stretch
AMRAP 30 min – 2 person teams (weight vest or weighted back pack optional)
-Push a veh 10 parking spaces or 100′
- find an open lot like El Con or use the street in front of your house
- Probably should have someone at the steering wheel
- Good idea to find a flat area
- Rx+ is leaving the E-brake on
-20 thrusters with donut style spare tire or 40 tire flips with standard size spare tire
- split as needed between partners
-Chinese fire drill sprints around car
- Alternate 20 sprints (10 each) around car, tagging out at driver’s door
